Delivery of jewelry and watches is free, worldwide.

For Buben & Zorweg safes, watch winders and cases, the delivery cost is calculated individually, based on size, weight and destination. We confirm it with you before dispatch.

We work exclusively with trusted international couriers — FedEx, DHL, and UPS — to ensure safe and prompt delivery worldwide.

Delivery Times

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA, UK, UAE, Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Large Items

Safes, watch winders and cases by Buben & Zorweg are heavy and often need special handling. After your order we send you the delivery options and cost for your address, and ship once you confirm.

Pre-order Items

Some pieces are crafted exclusively for you and are not held in stock. Production and delivery timelines range from 2 to 4 months, depending on the production load and the specific item.

Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches you.
